Our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G1 coffee originates from family-operated farms clustered around the Kochere coffee mill, located in the Gedeo zone. 

Esteemed for its top-tier coffee, the Kochere Washing Station is managed by Matewos Ersemo and his family. The mill sources ripe cherries from 650 nearby smallholder farmers and carefully processes, sorts, and grades the beans-- with G1 (Grade 1) being the highest quality tier in Ethiopian coffee.

With notes of Blueberry, Floral, Maple Syrup, and Ganache, this specialty coffee is vibrant, complex, and beautifully balanced; well-suited for coffee lovers seeking a quality adventure in their cup :)
