Bright, sweet, and citrus-forward—this limited coffee from Yirgacheffe is roasted to a smooth medium to highlight its flavourful notes of lime, honey, lemon candy, and kumquat, making for a cup that’s both refreshing and full of character.

Handpicked by small-scale farmers in the heart of Yirgacheffe, these beans are grown in the perfect conditions—high altitude, rich soil, and a unique microclimate—giving them their distinctive, vibrant flavor.

After being carefully harvested, the beans are processed at the Koke Washing Station, a family-run facility that has been dedicated to preserving specialty coffee quality since 2011.

With notes of lime, honey, and lemon candy notes, balanced by a hint of kumquat sweetness, this coffee offers a clean, lively cup-- especially in filter coffee :)
