With beautifully sweet notes of strawberry cream, candy, and milk chocolate, our Strawberry makes for an unforgettable brewing and drinking experience!  We've decided to keep this at a light-medium roast to preserve its sweet delicate flavour profile.

Grown in the lush volcanic soils of Santa Monica, Colombia, this extraordinary microlot undergoes a meticulous 48 hour co-fermentation process, which is then gently washed and slow-dried on raised beds, preserving its vibrant, dessert-like character. 

Bright, sweet, juicy, and irresistibly smooth, this coffee is a true celebration of experimental innovation and experience in specialty coffee passed through the generations.
